By submitting a booking request through this website, by email, or via WhatsApp, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Services

Elite Transfer Georgia provides private door-to-door transfer services across Georgia, including airport transfers, city-to-city routes, mountain transfers, and chauffeur-by-the-hour arrangements. All prices quoted are fixed and include the agreed services. No hidden fees will be applied.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once the client has received written confirmation from Elite Transfer Georgia via email or WhatsApp, including the agreed price, date, time, pickup address, and vehicle type.

Please ensure all details are correct at the time of confirmation. Any changes must be requested in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@elitetransfer.ge or via WhatsApp to +995 599 22 77 59.

5. Changes & Modifications

Any changes to a confirmed booking — including date, time, pickup address, vehicle type, or number of passengers — must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled service start.

Changes requested with less than 72 hours' notice are subject to availability and may not always be possible. Elite Transfer Georgia will make every reasonable effort to accommodate last-minute requests.

6. Waiting Time

• For airport pickups, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes from the actual landing time at no extra charge. Flight delays are monitored automatically.
• For all other pickups, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes from the agreed pickup time.
• Additional waiting time beyond these limits may be charged separately.

7. Luggage & Equipment

Clients are responsible for informing Elite Transfer Georgia of any special luggage requirements — including ski bags, snowboards, sports equipment, or oversized items — at the time of booking. We will confirm the appropriate vehicle.

Standard luggage assistance is included in all bookings at no extra charge.

8. Passenger Conduct

Smoking is not permitted in any Elite Transfer vehicle. The consumption of food is not permitted without prior agreement with the driver. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the transfer.

9. Liability

Elite Transfer Georgia shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

All vehicles are fully insured. Elite Transfer Georgia holds appropriate liability insurance for passenger transport.

10. Prices

All prices quoted are fixed and inclusive of the agreed service. Prices are confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Elite Transfer Georgia does not apply surge pricing or dynamic rates. The price you receive is the price you pay.

11. Payment

Payment may be made in cash (GEL, EUR, USD) directly to the driver upon completion of the transfer, or online in advance via Keepz. Full payment details will be provided at booking confirmation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
