Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of transportation services provided by Elite Transfer Georgia (hereinafter — "Carrier"). By booking a transfer, you agree to the provisions set forth below.

Booking

• The order is considered confirmed after you receive a notification from the Carrier (via WhatsApp, email, or SMS).
• The client must provide the exact pick-up address, flight number (for airport meet & greet), and contact phone number.

Payment

• The total cost is fixed at the time of booking.
• Payment is made in cash to the driver (EUR, USD, GEL) or by bank card online.
• Additional services (child seat, waiting time beyond the agreed period) may be charged separately if agreed in advance.

Cancellation and Refund

• Free cancellation is possible no later than 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
• If canceled less than 6 hours before the ride, 50% of the trip cost will be charged.
• In case of a no-show without prior notice, the full cost is non-refundable.

Liability

• The Carrier undertakes to provide a technically sound, clean vehicle with a professional driver.
• The Carrier is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure circumstances (weather, road closures, natural disasters).
• The client is responsible for the safety of their personal belongings during the trip.

Changes to Terms

The Carrier may update these terms. The current version is published on the website and takes effect immediately.
