Frequently Asked Questions

❓ How is the transfer cost calculated?

The price is fixed and depends on the distance, vehicle class, and additional options (child seat, airport meet & greet). It is agreed upon before booking and does not change during the trip. No hidden fees.

👶 Are child seats available?

Yes, available on request. Booster seats and full car seats can be provided for children of all ages — indicate the number and ages of children when booking and we will prepare the vehicle.

🧳 How much luggage can I take?

There are no weight restrictions — it all depends on volume. A standard sedan can fit 2–3 large suitcases and hand luggage. For bulky baggage, skis, or snowboards we will provide an estate car, SUV, or minivan.

🕐 What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real time and adjust the pick-up time accordingly. Waiting in case of a flight delay is free of charge.

💳 What payment methods are accepted?

Cash to the driver (EUR, USD, GEL), by card online, or by bank transfer. No prepayment is required unless otherwise agreed.

🔄 Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Yes. Free cancellation is possible up to 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up. Changes (time, address) are accepted at any time subject to vehicle availability.

🐾 Can I travel with pets?

Yes, household pets are allowed. Please inform us in advance so the driver can prepare the vehicle.

🗣️ What languages do the drivers speak?

All our drivers speak fluent English. Russian-, Georgian-, and Hebrew-speaking drivers are also available on request.

📍 How do I find the driver at the airport?

The driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. About 30 minutes before landing, you will receive an SMS/WhatsApp with the vehicle number and the driver's contact details.

📶 Is there Wi‑Fi and water in the car?

Absolutely. In every vehicle you will find bottled water, complimentary Wi‑Fi, and charging cables for your phones.
